Who We Are

St. John’s, Lunenburg has been a place of welcome and worship since 1753.  Deeply rooted in the rich history of the Anglican tradition, we share a Vision for how God is calling us to live faithfully in the 21st Century.  Every member brings a God-given gift for ministry, intending to share with the community, and together we receive the benefit of those gifts.

The church is the people, gathered together in worship and service within the setting of the church building.  We are a community of caring people who gather to worship and praise God in common prayer, seeking beyond the walls of the church to make a positive impact in the community and world.
